Accessibility Statement

Current accessibility status of the Ledgewave public website.

Ledgewave wants business users to be able to access the site's information and forms. This statement describes the current status honestly, including the work that has not yet been completed.

Current Implementation

Accessibility-oriented elements visible in the site code.

The presence of these elements is useful but does not establish that every page or interaction is accessible.

Navigation and focus

The shared site script adds a skip link, and the stylesheet includes visible keyboard-focus treatment. Full keyboard operation of navigation, dialogs, forms, and dynamic content still needs manual verification.

Motion preferences

The site includes reduced-motion handling for visitors who express that operating-system preference. Other animation, timing, and content-update behavior still needs testing.

Forms and status messages

Public forms include visible labels and live regions for feedback. Label association, error identification, focus movement, validation, and successful submission behavior still need end-to-end testing with assistive technologies.

Known Limitations

Barriers may remain because testing is incomplete.

The site has not published a completed inventory of known failures. Areas requiring review include heading structure, landmarks, keyboard order, menu behavior, color contrast, text resizing and reflow, image alternatives, link purpose, motion, form validation, live announcements, and the accessibility of third-party experiences such as Stripe-hosted checkout. Third-party content is governed by its provider, but Ledgewave should still evaluate the end-to-end customer journey.

Feedback And Alternative Access

Tell us what prevented access.

Use the accessibility feedback form below. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include passwords, payment card details, customer records, disability or medical details, or other sensitive information in the public form.

Alternative format

You may request information from a public page in another reasonably available format. Ledgewave will evaluate the request and any obligations that apply, but this statement does not promise a particular format or response time.

What happens next

The form records a reference and uses the site's monitored request route. Reports should be reviewed, reproduced where possible, prioritized according to impact, and tracked through remediation and retesting. This statement does not promise a response time.

See the Privacy Notice at Collection. A successful submission displays a reference number.

Planned Review

Conformance should be claimed only after evidence-based testing.

A practical review should include automated checks, keyboard-only testing, zoom and reflow testing, contrast review, screen-reader testing across representative pages, form and error testing, and verification of third-party handoffs. Any future statement should identify the standard and level tested, scope, test date, methods used, known exceptions, and contact route.
